1. Booking & Deposits

Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• Tiered Pricing: * Zelle Deposit: $35.00 (Direct and fee-free).

  • Card & Apple Pay Deposit: $45.00 (Includes a processing and convenience fee).

• Payment: Deposits are accepted via Zelle or major Credit/Debit cards through the booking portal.

• Final Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of service via Zelle, Cash, or Card.

• Non-Refundability: All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

2. Preparation & Hair Care

• Standard Prep: Clients are expected to arrive with hair thoroughly washed, detangled, and blown out straight with zero heavy oils or products.

• In-Studio Wash: We offer professional washes for an additional $20.00. Specialty washes cost additional and must be requested via text prior to booking to ensure time is allocated.

• Hair Inclusion: Standard pre-stretched braiding hair (Colors 1, 1B, 2, and 4) is included. Clients provide all other colors .

3. Punctuality & Late Policy

• Grace Period: We allow a 15-minute grace period.

• Late Fee: After 15 minutes, a $20.00 late fee will be added to your total.

• Cancellation: After 30 minutes, your appointment is automatically canceled, and your deposit is forfeited.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• 48-Hour Rule: You may transfer your deposit to a new date once, provided you reschedule at least 48 hours before your original slot.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit.

• No-Shows: No-call, no-shows may be banned from future bookings. The master stylist may be lenient.

5. Guest & Children Policy

• Solo Experience: To maintain a focused and professional environment, no extra guests or children are allowed in the studio unless they are also receiving a service. You may speak with the master stylist in regard.

6. Squeeze-ins & After Hours

• Premium Slots: Any appointments requested outside of standard hours or as a "squeeze-in" may be subject to a $35.00 convenience fee.

7. Satisfaction & Refunds

• No Refunds: We take pride in our work. If you are unsatisfied with your style, please notify the stylist before leaving the chair. Once you leave the studio, no refunds or complimentary adjustments will be issued.

8. Media Consent

• Content: By booking, you agree to allow Debo Hair Studio to take photos and videos of your hair for promotional use on our website and social media. If you wish to opt-out, please notify us before your service begins.
